Honorary Patron, BIIA

Shri Hari Ram Sharma

Shri Hari Ram Sharma, born in Sadulpur (Rajgarh), District Churu, Rajasthan, is a veteran industrialist with over 52 years of experience across various sectors. A commerce graduate from Kolkata University (1971), he began his professional journey in 1973 as a Management Trainee with the Rajgarhia Group of Industries. He has been associated with Orient Syntex, Bhiwadi since its inception in 1979–80, steadily rising through the ranks to become its Managing Director in 2016. Under his leadership, the company, an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer of fibre-dyed and grey yarns, has achieved a turnover of ₹300 Crores and provides direct employment to over 2,300 people. Shri Sharma is well-versed in all techno-commercial aspects of the textile industry and has extensively travelled across Europe and Asia for business promotion. His company has received multiple recognitions, including the National Energy Conservation Award (1st Prize, 2013) presented by the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. It has also been honored with the BMA-RIICO Award, Rajasthan Energy Conservation Awards (2009 & 2010), and the 21st Bhamashah Award (2015). A respected figure in civic and industrial circles, he has served as President of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association, and as a board member of Urban Improvement Trust, Bhiwadi. He has been actively involved with numerous educational, environmental, and social organizations, including Rotary Club, Bharat Vikas Parishad, and Bhiwadi Education Society. As Hon. Patron of BIIA, Shri Hari Ram Sharma continues to offer strategic vision, leadership, and a legacy of excellence—playing a vital role in shaping the industrial and social fabric of Bhiwadi.

Shri O.P. Agarwal

Shri O.P. Agarwal is a respected industrialist, visionary entrepreneur, and dedicated social contributor who currently serves as the Honorary Patron of the Bhiwadi Integrated Industrial Association (BIIA). Born on 27th November 1950 in Madavgarh, District Mahendragarh (Haryana), he pursued his academic journey with a B.A. from Punjab University and an LL.B. from Kolkata University in 1970, reflecting a strong educational foundation with a focus on both liberal arts and law. Shri Agarwal began his professional career with the Birla Group, where he served for over 13 years. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he steadily built his entrepreneurial path. In 1984, he established a drum manufacturing unit in Kolkata, marking the beginning of his industrial journey. With a vision to expand and contribute to the growing industrial belt of Bhiwadi, he founded Natraj Drum Industries Pvt. Ltd. in 1991. Under his leadership, the company evolved into a reputable name in the industrial packaging sector, known for quality, innovation, and reliability. Beyond his business success, Shri Agarwal has consistently been a strong pillar in Bhiwadi’s industrial and civic development. He has served as President of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association. He has actively held leadership positions across various industrial associations, social welfare groups, and community initiatives. Known for his integrity, foresight, and consensus-building approach, he has worked tirelessly to uplift the region’s industrial ecosystem and foster a climate of cooperation among stakeholders. As Honorary Patron of BIIA, Shri O.P. Agarwal brings decades of experience and a people-centric vision. His mentorship continues to guide the industrial community, promoting inclusive growth, sustainable practices, and a unified voice for the region’s economic and social advancement.

Mr. R. Prakash

Mr. R. Prakash, an accomplished industrialist and environmental innovator, is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, having graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1972. As the founder of a long-standing foundry industry in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, he has contributed significantly to the region’s industrial growth while championing sustainable practices and social responsibility. Deeply inspired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s Swachh Bharat Mission in 2014, Mr. Prakash embarked on a remarkable journey of environmental activism. He developed and promoted home and community-scale composting models for households, residential complexes, and municipalities across India. His mission has been rooted in waste-to-resource transformation, and he has educated and personally interacted with over 10,000 students, both in-person and online, to advocate composting as a hobby and livelihood. Through his initiative SUPER 29, he has built a structured training model to inspire school and college students while also devising income-generating solutions for safai karamcharis and marginal workers. His vision of “Composting as a Service” has the potential to create 1 crore green jobs across India. In addition, Mr. Prakash has worked extensively in organic farming, guiding farmers on natural fertilizer use, helping them earn organic certification, and supporting direct-to-consumer sales, thereby doubling farmer incomes. His pioneering work on Bio Enzymes adds further value to waste, offering sustainable solutions for legacy waste, wastewater treatment, and organic food production. He is a recognized Resource Person for the National Centre for Organic Farming (NCOF), Ghaziabad, and his innovations have been validated by various field trials and leading research journals. Mr. Prakash has served as President of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association, Rotary Club, and Bharat Vikas Parishad, and now mentors industry and environmental efforts as Honorary Patron of BIIA and Chief Mentor at OSA Enviro Pvt. Ltd.

Shri Satinder Singh Chuahan

Born on 25th May 1965 in Kheri, Mahendragarh (Haryana), Shri Satinder Singh Chuahan is a seasoned industrialist and visionary leader dedicated to advancing industrial development and social upliftment in the region. A strong academic foundation underpins his journey, having completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi Cantt., followed by a Master’s degree and B.Ed. from Rajasthan University. In 1988, he established Bub Pac India Private Limited, a pioneering manufacturing unit engaged in the production of Zinc Stearate and industrial chemicals, with earlier ventures in metal casting. His entrepreneurial acumen, quality-driven approach, and long-term vision have earned him high regard in the manufacturing sector. Shri Chuahan has held several distinguished positions in leading industrial bodies and has been an active force behind numerous industrial and social initiatives in Greater Bhiwadi. He has played a vital role in transforming local industry associations into dynamic platforms for collaboration, policy dialogue, and advocacy.He has served as President and Secretary of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association for many years. Under his leadership and support, these institutions have grown in stature, enhanced governance, and made tangible contributions to resolving key industrial challenges. Known for his dynamic personality and inclusive leadership, Shri Chuahan is widely respected as a bridge between industry stakeholders and government bodies. He actively voices the concerns and aspirations of the industrial community, pushing for pragmatic reforms, infrastructure development, and regulatory improvements. His people-centric approach fosters collaboration across all levels—entrepreneurs, workforce, and administrators—enabling long-term, sustainable progress for the region. As the Hon. Patron of BIIA, he brings decades of experience, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to the Association’s mission of fostering inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready industrial growth in Bhiwadi.

Shri B.B. Kaushik

Shri B.B. Kaushik, born on 28th January 1967 in Alwar District, is a respected industrialist and social leader known for his visionary approach and deep commitment to industrial development and community service. A graduate by education, he is the founder of S.R. Artfact, a reputed manufacturing unit contributing significantly to the local economy. With decades of hands-on experience in industry and administration, Shri Kaushik has played an instrumental role in strengthening the industrial ecosystem of the Bhiwadi region. As an active member of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), Rotary Club, Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association (BMA), and various other platforms, he has consistently championed causes related to social welfare, education, and industrial advocacy. As the Hon. Patron of the Bhiwadi Integrated Industrial Association (BIIA), Shri Kaushik lends his valuable guidance to policy discussions, infrastructure planning, and stakeholder engagement. He has served as President of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, ethical values, and a forward-looking mindset aimed at ensuring sustainable industrial growth. Shri Tarsemlal

Born on 13th December 1960 in Mahua, Firozpur, Punjab, Shri Tarsemlal is a respected industrialist and seasoned leader with a distinguished track record in both manufacturing and public service. He is the founder of Deepak Industries, a well-established enterprise with a strong footprint in the manufacturing of crockery and toys. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a leading exporter, serving both domestic and international markets with innovation, quality, and consistency. A visionary entrepreneur, Shri Tarsemlal is known for his forward-thinking approach, operational excellence, and dedication to uplifting the regional industrial ecosystem. His wide business network and commitment to product innovation have helped position his enterprise among the most reputed in its sector. From 2005 to 2010, he served as Chairman of the Nagarpalika, where he played a significant role in driving civic improvements and urban development. His administrative experience continues to inform his balanced and pragmatic outlook toward industrial and infrastructural issues. As Hon. Patron of BIIA, Shri Tarsemlal brings a unique blend of business acumen and civic insight. Shri Parveen Lamba

Shri Parveen Lamba is a respected industrialist and dynamic social leader, best known as the Founder President of the Bhiwadi Integrated Industrial Association (BIIA). His visionary leadership laid the foundation of BIIA, which today stands as a unified voice of the industrial community in Bhiwadi, working actively to represent its interests and address key concerns. A proud native of Bhiwadi, Shri Lamba completed his early education in the city before graduating from KLP College, Rewari. Committed to contributing to the growth of his hometown, he returned to Bhiwadi to establish his business, playing a significant role in the industrial development of the region. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Shri Lamba has been deeply involved in social and civic causes. He served as President of the Rotary Club Bhiwadi (2023–24), leading numerous service-oriented initiatives focused on community welfare. From 2018 to 2022, he also served as President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Bhiwadi Chapter, where he worked relentlessly to promote small-scale industries and foster better coordination with government institutions. Known for his inclusive and proactive approach, Shri Lamba remains actively engaged with several major social and industrial organizations across Bhiwadi. His enduring commitment to both industrial progress and community development continues to inspire fellow entrepreneurs, professionals, and future leaders.

Shri Harish Kumar Gaur

A dynamic industrialist and prominent figure in the Bhiwadi industrial ecosystem. With a strong foundation in corporate leadership, he began his career at Kajaria Ceramics Ltd., where he served for 16 years as Head of Human Resources, before venturing into entrepreneurship. Over the years, he established several successful ventures including Gaur Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd., Shiva HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Juris HR, and Trinity Management Consultants, collectively generating substantial employment in the region. He also owns Dynamic Thermopack Industries, a manufacturing unit specializing in thermocol packaging products. Shri. Gaur currently holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the Bhiwadi Integrated Industrial Association (BIIA) and has played a pivotal role in representing industrial interests across platforms. His earlier leadership roles in prominent industrial bodies have added immense value to the development of Bhiwadi’s industrial ecosystem. Recognized for his ability to align industry growth with community welfare, he has successfully led over 20 CSR projects amounting to ₹18 crores, focusing on education, infrastructure, and sanitation. The Rajasthan Government recently appointed him as its official representative of Prabodhan Samithi for monitoring CETP/STP operations in Alwar district, reflecting his credibility and public trust. Deeply committed to social development, Mr. Gaur serves as Treasurer or Mentor in several institutions including Nirmala Foundation, Vidyatree Foundation, and Adarsh Vidya Mandir Bhiwadi. He is a lifetime member of the Red Cross Society, Gurugram, and actively involved in school and community committees.

Shri Mukesh Sharma

A soft-spoken and a dynamic industrialist, well-known in the Bhiwadi industrial fraternity for his approachable nature, down-to-earth attitude, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Born on 21st November, 1971, he completed his early education and graduation from the prestigious Delhi University. With strong academic grounding and an entrepreneurial spirit, he chose to move to Bhiwadi, where he gradually established himself as a successful and respected businessman. Shri Sharma is recognized not only for his business acumen but also for his unwavering commitment to community service and social engagement. Over the years, he has emerged as a dependable figure in various industrial and social platforms, offering valuable contributions in policy advocacy and industrial welfare. His leadership style is inclusive and consultative, which has earned him respect and affection among his peers. An active member of the Rotary Club, Shri Sharma has held several key positions within the organization at different times. His involvement in Rotary reflects his passion for social work, humanitarian values, and fostering a spirit of service above self. His calm demeanor and problem-solving abilities make him a reliable team member in any organizational setup. As the Honorary Treasurer of the Bhiwadi Integrated Industrial Association (BIIA), Shri Sharma has brought transparency, financial discipline, and a balanced perspective to the association's functioning. His presence continues to inspire others in the community to pursue excellence with humility and integrity.
